When I was hunting for a new car, I was hesitating between a Hyundai Sonata and Toyota Camry. I contacted Monterey's Hyundai dealer and Toyota dealer. The Toyota dealer was too slow to respond. They gave me the impression that they were not eager for your business. They didn't give me a quote until I had driven home my new Hyundai.

I am satisfied with the car I purchased and the deal that I got, but the entire experience was very expected of a car dealership: pushy, profit driven and more concerned with what car they are trying to sell than the person that they are trying to sell it to and his/her needs.
